We are a growing CPA firm with multiple office locations seeking an Administrative Manager to oversee firm operations, administrative functions, and staff coordination. This role is ideal for someone with public accounting experience who enjoys owning processes and keeping a firm running smoothly.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage firm administrative operations across multiple locations
  • Coordinate and file tax extensions and track compliance deadlines
  • Report on firm metrics such as WIP, staffing capacity, and workflow status
  • Supervise and support administrative staff
  • Oversee office maintenance, vendors, and daytoday operational needs
  • Maintain, document, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Train staff on firm processes and administrative workflows

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of administrative or operations management experience
  • CPA firm or professional services experience strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills
  • Experience managing people, processes, and deadlines
  • Comfortable working onsite with some hybrid flexibility

Work Environment:

  • Onsite / hybrid role with regular inoffice presence
  • Interaction with all firm locations
  • Increased availability during peak tax seasons

This role plays a critical part in ensuring operational efficiency and supporting firm leadership and staff.
